INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING THE EXAM FORMS OF MBA SEM-1 & 2 (REMEDIAL), MBA INTEGRATED SEM-1, 2 & 4 (REMEDIAL) AND BBA SEM-1 & 2(REMEDIAL) OF WINTER-2025 EXAMINATION
Instructions for Students:
(1) For filling the exam form and payment student has to login at https://www.student.gtu.ac.in (2) Kindly refer Instruction Guideline for more details:-

(3) Student has to strictly follow the exam form schedule as mentioned in Table-A.
(4) For any query regarding exam form contact your parent institute only. So students/guardians are instructed not to contact University in this regard.
(5) If student find any mismatch in name, enrolment no, subject code, subject name and other details, they have to immediately contact their parent institute.
(6) If due to technical problem, payment deducted for more than once for single form and student has not received the refund within 30 working days then please mail us at: epay query@gtu.edu.in

Admission Open Under Vacant Quota – MBA Programme (2025-27

AIBM invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to the MBA Programme (Vacant Quota Seats) for the academic year 2025-27.
Eligibility Criteria (As per ACPC/GTU Guidelines):
· Candidates who have appeared in CMAT OR have not appeared in CMAT are eligible to apply.
· Must have completed graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories) from a recognized university.
Important Details:
· Last date for the admission on vacant seats: 15th September, 2025
· Admission will be granted strictly as per the merit and guidelines laid down by ACPC and GTU.
Interested candidates are required to apply with necessary documents and fill out the application form available at the institute only.
List of documents:
1. Final semester marksheet which clearly mentions the candidate has completed the graduation course.
2. Degree certificate/provisional degree certificate issued from university.
3. Copy of all semester marksheets clearly i ndicating PASS in each semester.
4. For SEBC: Non-creamy layer, Parishisht 4 in Gujarati issued after 1.4.2023; issued by Government of Gujarat.
5. For EWS : Valid EWS certificate issued by Government of Gujarat, should be issued after 01.04.2023
6. For SC/ST: Valid Caste Certificate issued by Government of Gujarat
7. HSC marksheet
8. School leaving certificate
