Subject: Clarification Regarding illegal use of college name and logo without permission &
Official Communication mediums of the college

It has come to our notice that there has been illegal usage of college name and logo in promotion
of various activities such as freshers party or similar activity. We as institute would like to clarify
to our students and parents that kindly do not trust any communication or information which are
not communicated through official channels of the institute.
The official channels of communications are through Website (https://aibm.org.in/), Email
communication containing official domain name (aibm.org.in), WhatsApp number 7863866399
& Institutes Notice Boards only.
For any clarification do not hesitate to contact the class mentors if required.
